1. oo sorry did not read your previous post.But i quite disappointed with MBB debit card, they should enable for internet transaction fast to get more user.

lankapo, yes, MBB Visa debit, as I mentioned is only for offline purchases… Thanks for the CEO’s Blog. I am definitely going there to complain.

1. MBB Visa Debit card cannot be use for internet transaction as far as I know.

2. Sorry to hear your bad experience with Tune Card. Yes, their customer service is their main issue. But I have no problem using Tune Card, in fact I can withdraw money from PayPal using Tune Card within 3 days.

3. The best way to reload money in Tune Card is using Maybank2u, they will update your Tune Card account instantly.

4. If you still have problem with Tune Card, you can report direct to TuneMoney ceo blog at http://www.tengkuzafrul.com.

adq890, no charge when I converted my normal ATM to that card. I know they do mention RM12 conversion fee. Maybe because my old ATM card was damaged and I asked for replacement and therefore, I got it for free…

i’ve notice that their procedure are not so convenient for me. i hope you get your money back. i think they are not that experience in handling this kind of matter since they are just newly introduced.

i like public bank visa electron better. no hassle. been using it for 3 or 4 months already. deposit is easy. just pick up the card any bank of our choice or send to our home/office.

as for maybank debit card, kene bayar rm12 too right if want to change from the yellow colour atm to maybank atm+debit card?
