		<description>hahah memang dah kawin ni tak di nafikan perut akan cepat naik. So kena pandai amik masa untuk exercise. Macam aku amalkan setiap pagi hantar anak aku ke nursery jalan kaki, adalah dalam 20 minit. OK lah hehe
