Withdrawing PayPal Money to a Debit Card
This quick tutorial is dedicated to Malaysian PayPal users who have not tried withdrawing their PayPal money or have doubts that they can actually withdraw their PayPal money to a debit card issued by selected banks or companies.
In this tutorial, I will be withdrawing my PayPal money to my Tune Money Prepaid Visa card. For your information, I have successfully withdrawn PayPal money to my Public Bank Visa Electron Debit card before. This is also applicable to credit cards issued by selected banks in Malaysia but since I do not use any credit card so do not ask me about which credit card that you can use.
Before you start, make sure that your PayPal account has been verified with the card that you are going to withdraw your money to. If you have not done that, please do that and come back to this tutorial later.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Withdraw.
- Click Withdraw funds to your card. Note the $5.00 Cost indicated there.
- Enter the amount that you need inclusive of the $5.00 fee and select the card that you want to receive the money to. Click Continue when done.
- Verify all the information and then click Confirm to proceed.
- Done. It is a simple process and that should take you less than 5 minutes to complete. Now you can sit back and wait for the money to arrive into your card within the next 5 to 7 working days. I had previously received my money into my Public Bank Visa Electron in 4 days time.
So now you can start earning into your PayPal and then get the money into your card and spend it as you wish.

i got question to ask and hope to get some answer from you. It is all visa electron can be use to withdraw in paypal or it is depend on the bank we are using? Is bank simpanan allow us to withdraw from paypal? One more thing is that after we withdraw,the money will be credited into our bank account where we can draw out with an ATM card?

tnh, only selected banks. i have tried public bank visa electron and tune money. i know for sure that maybank visa debit CANNOT be use for PayPal. The rest, I do not have info. Once the money is in your debit card or prepaid visa, you can withdraw it through ATM since it is already in your card.

heheehe….tak Google Adwords are for advertisers…when they advertise, it will be then call Adsense. so maybe AM was asking on a way to activate his Adwords account

I never tried to withdraw my paypal money to my DB Card before.
Usually I only trade my paypal money with RM currencies with other people through forum.
They bank-in the money, and I’ll transfer the paypal funds to them.
so, i dont have to pay for that $5 withdraw fee.
$5 = RM15
That’s a lot.

Normally I withdraw my Paypal money using Virtual Money Inc debit card linked to USA bank. But since the USA bank probably delisted, I have to look for alternative ways to withdraw. Hopefully I can use my credit card.

diana, a few credit cards from selected malaysian banks can be used. I heard maybank’s credit card can be used for that but I am not really sure as I do not use credit card.

Actually bro..try to avoid the Tune Money as they have been giving issues.
Debit ATM Cards which can load into includes : AL-RAJHI; UOB; PUBLIC Bank.
NOT AVAILABLE:
EON, Tune (problems), RHB, BSN (WILL NEVER WORK)

Tune Money ader issue pasal dier bukan card issuer (BIN is not local) just like AL-RAJHI. But Al-rajhi is because their card system is EMV compliant and issued in Italy, and whereas Tune Money tak verify their customer proper (KYC issues)..so many dah kena…
reload sekali..then kena block abis kat paypal.

lisa, a bit risky since different people have experienced different thing… I got my money within 4 to 5 days using PBB card but 8 days using Tune Money and that is after I sent an email to them, which they have not replied, asking them about it… use it only if you have no other choice…

yes, this still works. And now for Malaysians, you can withdraw direct to your bank account. At the same time MayBank Debit Visa can already be used for internet transactions.
