I had my sons circumcised when they were babies. Alhamdulillah nothing untoward happened. The surgeon did put a device (some sort of 'clamp') on the boys' foreskin which cuts off the blood flow to it. After a few days that part of the foreskin just dies off and the whole device can be removed dengan foreskin tu sekali. In this case something must have gone wrong. As you say, pay peanuts get monkeys lah kan. Alhamdulillah, this particular surgeon I sent my babies too is very well reknowned in the world of paediatric surgery in Malaysia.
