MAS flight from Jakarta to KLIA – April 25, 2010

It was time to go home. A clear day with the sun shining brightly and the sky… err what did the sky supposed to do eh? Well, the sky was clear dotted with some sparse clouds… Yeah.., something like that as shown in the picture below. It was just past noon WIB when we took off…

My definition of sparse was that I could see the ground from up here…

Pasha was seated by the window while Mama was in the middle and Papa was on the aisle seat. Yo can see how bright was the day from the window next to Pasha. I was sleepy and Mama and Pasha were hungry… Just wait until the food was served…

What did I tell you? Mama and Pasha were busy digging into the food. What happened to Papa? Papa Bear ate after these pictures were taken and no picture of Papa Bear eating because Mama was too hungry too snap any picture… heheheh…

Soon after that, I went to sleep… If I am not mistaken all of us went to sleep… Did they? Hmm….

Goodbye Jakarta…

seat belt

Updated 8/12/2008 2320 hours!

I read on the Saturday (6/12/2008) Star newspaper that the driver of the car or the fourth person who has no seat belt to wear at the rear seat will not be fined although the law is there after taking into consideration the rest of the factors involved.

*** updated ***

Come 1st January 2009, Malaysians are required by law to wear the rear seat belts while traveling in a car. I have nothing against that law as it is for our safety and bla bla bla… The law states that all the rear passenger of a car must wear the safety belts and therefore, it is against the law to carry more than three people in your back seat since there are only three seat belts available.

Now, this is the thing that hit me. Like being hit by a balloon filled of water. It’s not painful yet a bit unpleasant and made me wet…

What about those family who has four kids? Let’s say they are aged 5, 6, 7 and 8 years old. Are you going to leave one at home just because of the new law? What happened to the family holidays and Cuti Cuti Malaysiathat the government has been eagerly promoting? They would tell you go buy an MPV or get a second car. Or worse still, just leave one behind…

They don’t care. Those people who got together and come up with this law don’t care. They are one of those who are provided with a car by the government and with their fat salaries and “other” incomes, they can then by a big fat MPV for their wives. Why should they care?

A Ball with Nuffnang & Friso

Posted on the December 2nd, 2008 under Family & Friends,Out and About by papabear

We had a ball at the Nuffnang Friso Family Day Out at Kizsports & Gym, One Utama Shopping Centre last Saturday, 29th November 2008. That was the first time for us attending such a big event with our son, Pasha. We were wondering how he would bring himself among the other adults and children but it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable time in his life as well as for us.

Before we go on to the post, we would like to thank Nuffnang and Friso for making this event a blast. We would also like to thank Kizsports & Gym for the great place and friendly staffs. We did not get the chance to chit chat or mingle with other bloggers as we had been too busy chasing after our son. However, it was nice when we met Lankapo and family as well as Gartblue and family there! We would also like to congratulate Sawanila for winning the grand prize!

Cautions! This post is full of pictures! Proceed at your own risk. You have been warned…

registration photo shoot

Right after the registration,  Pasha had to change into his Nuffnang Friso t-shirt and then we had a family photo shoot at the entrance. That marked the beginning of a great time ahead!

Speaking about having a ball, Pasha was really having lots of fun with those colorful balls that they had over there.

colorful balls

There was something about those balls that made children go crazy! Here are more pictures at the colorful balls area.
