Zeitgeist 2010

Out of curiosity, I wanted to compare how the Zeitgeist 2010 results from Asean countries compared to each other. Since we live close by and share many of the same cultures and way of life, it would be interesting to see if there are any similarities in terms of what we searched for on Google. Since not all Asean countries are in the list, here are the results of the listed countries only.

Malaysia’s Fastest Rising Queries

Singapore’s Fastest Rising Queries

Philippines’s Fastest Rising Queries

Thailand’s Fastest Rising Queries
????????????, ipad, iphone 4, the star 6, ???????????, facebook, ????????, ?????, photoscape and ????????.

Based on the results, the Apple iPad is top in the list appearing in all the 4 countries. I have played with iPad before and I can say that it is an awesome device. Pasha loves it as well. Only the price is keeping us from getting one.

Justin Bieber and Facebook are next highest, listed in 3 countries. Looks like the boy idol have lots of fans in this region… Not mine though… I will just stick with Facebook. I am one of those who would open it at least once a day… That’s a confession there…

World Cup 2010, a world event where I managed to watch only 1 live game and now could not even remember which one and Glee the musical comedy-drama television series are next. Between the World Cup and Glee, I go for the music and laughters… That’s me.

There you go! The internet has successfully made the world smaller where people all over the world are talking pretty much about the same thing… See the US results below and you will see:

Never ending project

It was supposed to end in February 2010 but it did not…

Then they committed to end it by the end of March 2010… That would not happen either…

That’s one of my current project… Project DeeElPee.

Project for people who are full of gas and oily stuffs…

Last time they were always talking about granularity…

The Italian talked about it. The Honkee or are they called Hong Konger? Anyway, they talked about it too.

The Singaporeans talked about it… and the Indians as well…

Soon enough, the Malaysians like it too…

Granularity.

Then things got so mixed up. Mixed up to a point where we were having meeting of minutes…

So, someone took minutes in the meeting of minutes… Strange but true…

Recently, it was a lot about false positive…

Things look like they are getting worse when we started trying to send emails via attachments…

So now we use an attachment to send an email with attachments…
